SU 561 is a hard water tolerant, low foaming, low freezing point liquid caustic
detergent for Dairy heat treated surface CIP applications. SU 561 is used for single stage CIP recovery cleaning in a wide range of applications, including cold surfaces as well.
SU 561 can be used to clean a wide range of applications in Dairy, e.g. HTSTS homogenisers, storage, mixing and ageing tanks used in ice cream manufacture.
SU 561 can be used to clean a wide range of applications across the food & beverage industries, e.g. vegetable evaporators in Processed Foods plants.
